Marketing contacts are the contacts you can email, text, call, or run through your automations inside Digital Magic. Your plan’s contact limit applies only to these. You can still create additional contacts through forms, workflows, or API, even if you’re at your limit. You just won’t be able to import or manually add more from the UI until you upgrade.
Nothing breaks. Your automations keep running, and if you want to add more contacts, you can upgrade your account to our next subscription tier, or you can buy more contacts in groups of 5k for $75 per group.
