Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Brand Built LLC, doing business as Digital Magic CRM, handles billing, cancellations, and refund requests across all subscription plans.
1. Free Trial Policy
- Standard Plan includes a 14-day free trial
- No charges apply if you cancel before the trial ends
- Partner Plan does not include a trial—billing starts immediately
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a subscription is charged. This includes:
- Forgetting to cancel before your renewal date
- Not using the platform
- Changing your mind after purchase
Why? Because your account resources and platform access are provisioned instantly—even if unused.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellations cannot be done inside the user dashboard at this time.
When you cancel:
- Your account is paused immediately
- No further charges will be made
- Access to platform tools will end right away
4. Abuse & Disputes
- Multiple free trial attempts = account ban
- Disputing a valid charge without contacting us first = removal from the platform
5. Exceptions
We understand life happens. If you’ve had a personal emergency or unusual situation, email us. We'll review on a case-by-case basis—but exceptions are rare.
